Description
This course will run from Monday, July 6, 2020, to Thursday, August 13, 2020.
Seminars will meet Monday-Thursday from 12-2:30 PM.

By the end of this course, learners should be able to….
1. Define self-awareness and self-advocacy
2. Describe your abilities and needs
3. Discuss how to use your support system as a tool in your decision making
4. Demonstrate the ability to set limits and boundaries
5. Outline an action plan for being a self-advocate
6. Recognize the importance of time management and organization
7. Recognize causes of procrastination
8. Identify your time wasters
9. Describe techniques to overcome procrastination
10. Outline strategies for reducing time wasters
11. Identify priorities (based upon values and goals)
12. Present a personalized plan for managing your time
